Would you run your nuclear power station with this?

Sir Clive Sinclair famously stated that you could run a nuclear power
station with a ZX-81, but I don’t know whether that was with the 16K RAM
pack or not. It came with an impressive 1K of memory (yes really) and many
people in the UK got their first taste of computing after buying one.

Funny that, the Timex Sinclair was my first comp. Of course, had to get the 16k RAM. Learned to type on it too — entering in all the longer programs from British Sync magazine.

It’s a shame that Appled don’t allow emulators in the app store, I’d love to see a ZX-81/Timex Sinclair and ZX Spectrum simulator.
