In my previous post I said that I’d been notified by Ezinearticles.com that someone is using my content.

In fact, they accused ME of stealing My content and suspended my account. So, what to do now?

I sent an email last night to the registrant of the domain at about midnight, giving him until midday to remove the content. Since midday here is about 20 minutes away, I’m now looking at my next option:

File a DMCA complaint with his webhost.

The domain is with GoDaddy and pointing at Hostgator webspace; Hostgator requires a fax or letter, so here we go…
